Description: The Endocrine Educator Forums are (2) sessions designed to highlight important changes in the academic side of endocrinology. Final topics are determined by the Clinical Endocrine Education Committee every fall, but recent session topics include: the importance of fellows diversity for cultural proximity in effective and equitable patient care; the impacts of early exposure to endocrinology prior to fellowship; declining board exam pass rates and fellowship enrollments.
