Growth disorders are among the leading consultations with pediatric endocrinologists due to their potential impact on children’s health. The etiology of growth disorders is multiple and heterogeneous, leading to distinct strategies and scenarios depending on the subjacent cause. Despite the long experience with daily growth hormone, novelties on growth-promoting therapies have emerged recently. This session will adresss current knowledge and therapeutic advances on distinct clinical settings of growth failure, emphasizing the best practice for pediatric patients care.
