Genetic alterations in the RET proto-oncogene are central drivers of multiple thyroid cancer subtypes, with distinct biological and clinical implications. This symposium will provide an integrated overview of RET biology across differentiated and medullary thyroid cancers and highlight evolving therapeutic strategies that exploit RET dependency.
