Dr. Rashelle Ripa is currently pursuing a fellowship in Endocrinology at Temple University Hospital, following completion of her Internal Medicine residency at Morristown Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Medicine, summa cum laude, from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She has a strong academic and research portfolio, with numerous peer-reviewed publications in journals as well as multiple presentations at regional and national conferences, earning several abstract awards. Her work focuses on improving patient outcomes through quality improvement initiatives in diabetes management, continuity of care, and hospital safety. She is also a dedicated educator and mentor. In her free time, she is passionate about bridging gaps in care for underserved communities through outreach, education, and access to preventive health services, and has been recognized for her commitment to patient-centered care and community engagement.
