Consider the various factors affecting the interpretation of aldosterone and renin results.
Identify which patients with primary aldosteronism (PA) could benefit from medical treatment and which might benefit from subtyping and adrenalectomy.
Identify instances when patients might not require aldosterone-suppression testing or adrenal venous sampling (AVS).
Describe challenges when interpreting aldosterone values during AVS and potential newer modalities for subtyping PA.
