Dr. Singh Ospina, is an adult endocrinologist and health services researcher whose work focuses on improving the quality of care for patients with endocrine diseases, particularly thyroid disorders. Her research emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered approaches to diagnosis and management, with the goal of translating clinical evidence into more effective care delivery. Dr. Singh Ospina is a former National Academy of Medicine Scholar on Diagnostic Excellence, a nationally recognized program focused on advancing diagnostic accuracy and safety, and her research program is supported by external funding from the National Institutes of Health. She also serves as a guideline methodologist for the Endocrine Society.
