Antoine Tabarin is Professor of Endocrinology at the University of Bordeaux and Head of the department of Endocrine Oncology at the University Hospital of Bordeaux (France). This department is a French reference center for adrenal cancer (Comete Network), French reference center for rare benign adrenal diseases (Firendo Network) and EURACAN European expert center on rare neuroendocrine tumors. He is also member of an INSERM Research Unit (U1215) at the Neurocenter Magendie in Bordeaux.
His clinical research interests are pituitary and adrenal disease with a specific focus on Cushing’s syndrome.
Prof. A Tabarin has published more than 300 per-reviewed papers and chapters in Endocrinology. Among these, Pr A Tabarin is co-author of several guidelines: Treatment of Cushing's Syndrome (Endocrine Society, 2015), Adrenal incidentalomas (European Society for Endocrinology (ESE), 2016), Diagnosis of Cushing’s syndrome (French endocrine society (SFE), 2020), Cushing’s disease (Pituitary Society, 2021), Adrenal incidentalomas (ESE, 2023), MEN1 (SFE, 2024).
