Dr. Nadia Merchant, MD, FAAP, FACMG, is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She is a Pediatric Endocrinologist and Geneticist at Children's Health in Dallas. She specializes in skeletal dysplasias and bone health. Dr Merchant leads the skeletal dysplasia clinic in collaboration with Texas Scottish Rite and Children's Health. She is also part of the multidisciplinary DMD clinic. She is currently the chair of the weight management group in Optimize DMD consortium, board member of RareCAP, board member of AAP Section of Endocrinology. Currently, she is PI for several pharmaceutical-sponsored trials for skeletal disorders.
